New Studio?

I have heard that Rick and Nick are building a new studio in London somewhere,hopefuly this means that they will be doing some new music,or else why build it,so,i hope Rick makes a new album soon,i like his music and his voice,and his playing goes without saying.it's been almost 7 years since his last album,so come on Rick.

I heard the same thing a few months back but haven't heard anything as of late. I would also like to hear some new stuff from Rick.

Now as far as Nick goes, is he just a financial backer on this studio or is he actually doing some producing or something?
