Knocking On Heavens Door covers.

This Dylan song has been covered by lots of people,but as far as the guitar solo goes,which is your favourite one?,i do like the Slash solo,but for me,and i am bias,it's got to be Mark Knopfler's moody and emotional solo :lol:
Any others?.

The david gilmour reggae version of like a rolling stone is awful!!! lol

Yeah,but it was never meant to be a serious cover version,just David playing around at home.

True but as you know, in the programme Gilmour does say that it was just a bit of fun made on one of his kids keyboards and then some overdubs added, its just purely recreational, Gilmour winding down in the studio.
