I downloaded it off KaZaA and it sounds similar in structure to Flickering Flame and I enjoyed it. It is something new.

"Without Blame" is an Ismael Lo song. It was written in 1996 by Etienne Roda-Gil, Roger Waters and Ismael Lo. It is sung in french and english. Roger wrote the english lyrics. It is also known as "La Femme sans Haine."
