Who does The Judge's vocals on "The Trial"?

It maybe a trivial question but after all these years I still can't hear who's deep dark voice is doing the part of the Judge on "The Trial" from The Wall. Is it Waters or Wright maybe, or some sort of 'harmony' like on "Another brick part 2"?

I believe Roger does ALL the voices

I think it was Roger Waters though I'm not 100% sure myself to be honest.

Thank you very much everybody for your reactions.
So that dark voice from the Genie in "Three Wishes" (Amused to Death) mus tbe Waters himself too. The accent of The Judge sounds different to me too (that is, not like Waters). But I'm not English, maybe it's fairly easy to "fake" an accent or there's no "upper-class-like" accent at all.

If you watch the Live At Pompeii DVD you will see Roger doing a convincing Yorkshire accent whilst sitting at a mixing desk I think he says "Ay up Mum" or something. The accents he utilises on the Trial aren't really different per se they are just deeper and higher in pitch to denote gender and power.

I remember buying this on CD when they CDs were new and looking over the credits and seeing Tim Curry the actor credited for the voice of the judge.

That's the 1990 Berlin All-Star revival that Roger Waters (who, spoiler!, is NOT Pink Floyd) staged after splitting from the band.

I took the question as meaning on the original, 1979 album. In which case, the answer is Roger Waters.

Rog certainly mimed all the voices during the trial during the live shows and his wife sounded french on the solo tours
