Uh... you realise I was joking, yeah?

Enjoyable track, but I don't want anyone thinking that I'm deeply moved by it.

Stupid question, but in the film was it Bob's voice for ITF or was he miming a strange tape of Roger's voice. He certainly looked like he was miming, but miming wjo's voice?
Bob sung ITF and ITF? for the film, although I agree that it does look like he is miming from time to time.

Bob's a pretty good singer IMO. I love his song "I Don't Like Mondays."

I read/heard somewhere that bob sung deliberately badly and irish-acently for 'the wall' because he hated Pink Floyd and wanted to be as difficult as possible. I think I read that in his autobiography ... but it could have a dream.

Hmm, if he wanted to be as awkward as possible and hated pink floyd then why did he agree to be in the film. Or actually it wasn't even a challenging role and the film was a sure earner, so why didn't the company hire someone else?

Maybe someone with more talent.

He was alright. But it was hard to have any sympathy for him and he couldn't look aggressive either.

The hotel room bit with the groupie is just funny.

If anyone transforms this in to a Dave versus Roger argument on who the better musician (and/ or song writer) is then i shall personally edit your post to include a nasty link to some nasty sights and have you banned for life

So just answer as nicely as you can. Who's voice do you lot like more, Dave's or Rogers? Or hey, lets be proper about hsi and incude Rick, Syd and Nick to.

Ok, i feel Roger has the best voice because although Dave can do some great performances (CN and OTTA come to mind instantly) Roger can variate his tone more. Dave on CN doesn't sound to different from dave on LFW or HH for example. Roger however can do an album full of songs with his voice always seeming different like TPACOHH.

While Dave sings with natural talent i feel Roger's voice is something that has truely built up over time, and i personally think he sounds as if he's trying harder. Songs like TFC, TGD, OOMT and Mother show this, the way he can do high notes is superb and in concert he sounds even better. A more intense and varied voice basically.

I prefer davids voice most of the time as i like his tone. I like the gritty bits as well he can get. I have a great version of The Narrow Way Part III where his voice is just great!!! I like parts of Ummagumma. :)
