The division bell cover

Ok, i know it's a visual allsion, but when you firt saw TDB cover did you think it was 1 head or 2 looking at eachother? I thought 1 head, although thinking now there's a case for each:

1 head: The division of the title is in the mind. Much like Syd had. A division from himself mentally.

2 heads: Neither head has ears so they're divided 'cause they can't communicate.

Anyway, i at first thought 1 head and above is my reasoning.

I saw 2...never thought much about it at that time but I originally had a tape.The CD had a different cover.

It's two for a couple reasons, I think.
TDB is about communication. Look at the two heads. Eyes, mouths, but no ears. No ears means no communication. Also the heads are solid steel...nothing can get through steel...why try to convince someone of something when their mind is made up?
