End of the month.

Actually, although i will buy it i can't say i watch the video a lot, although i guess the dvd lets you skip songs so it should be great.

Anyone got that book Mind Over Matter? Well they got a section on the dvd showing you the design e.t.c and the writer (Storm thingy) tells you off the extras.

For anyone wondering the extras should include:

Director's cut version
Normal version
Track Selection
Documentry
Stats/ info
Lyrics
Photo Gallery
Album graphics
Pompeii map/ history

The cover is a lovely shade of orange with a centered graphic of Roger beatig his gong.

It better arrive soon...my vhs tape is wearing out from repeated usage.

If they pull some region specific BS on this (like on the Syd Barrett DVD), I'll be rightly p*ssed. I couldn't find the multi-region Toshiba DVD player you recommended, Keith.

Is that the one without the DSotM footage? I think I used to have that.

There is a link to it at amazon.co.uk in the last newsletter. I think they ship abroad as well.

No, it has Rick playing some piano on Us and them and Dave playing some lead parts on Eclipse. I'm almost certain I bought it in 1983-84.

I recall Rick was wearing some funky sweater looking like he just got off the ski slopes or something.

It looks like they are only able to sell it in the UK. Had a search on the net for you and couldnt find a US shop/store for you to buy it from. :-)

That's OK...I'm satisfied with the one I bought. I sure went through enough hassle in town trying to find one I liked...the salespeople know so little about it. One pretentious little know-it-all told me there was no way I could create my own VCDs on my computer...little did he know, heh heh (I just made one from mpegs of the KQED show!)
