Pepsi is in every way the poor man's coke

Pepsi tatses like coke, diet pepsi is therefore dieat coke with lemon is the poor man's diet coke with lemon.

Tango is the poor man's fanta, every flavour of fanta is available to as Tango for some reason.

7up is the poor man's Sprite. No contest, sprite was around first and comes in the same colour of can, and tastes almost the same.

Anyone know any other Pepsi drinks? You can bet they're the poor man's version of a coke product.

And excuse the term poor man's, very british phrase which is in no way to rubbish people with no cash, but the companies purely.

Coke, but...I see this thread as degenerating into another Pepsi vs. Coke war.

Or maybe it's a statement on banality?

Mountain Dew, yum yum! Coke for me. It has a fuller taste. Sprite is my favourite soft drink though after pure orange juce and nothing beats the guinness although I have given that up for good! I moved over to larger as it is less fattening that Guinness!!! What a thought!

Between the two, I'll go with Pepsi. Coke is to sweet for me; but I'll take a root beer any time.

It's been unseasonably warm here in the UK as of late, it brings out my coke tastebuds I think!! They must like... hibernate through the winter or something

I'm a van driver, don't think my boss would appreciate me keeping crates of beer in the back really! :D

On the other hand, could be good for a laugh I suppose... :-k
