I agree, an instrumental CD like
Wet Dream with one maybe two vocal tracks would work best...
But you
could have a few guest vocalists like Dave and Rog and not to slight Nick have him threaten to cut someone up into a mic...

I love Wright and all, but do you really think he's popular enough to tour on his own, being the star of the show? I don't know about the Floyd tours of the 70s, but the last two Floyd tours he just seemed to be off to the side as just a backing musician while David was the man to see. Maybe a co-tour or something might happen, or as already suggested a few one-time events.
Of course, if such a tour were to happen I'd be the first to buy tickets, assuming he ever showed up in my hometown...

Nah, forget Sam. How about Margaret Taylor (hot backup singer during the '87-'89 tour)?

Well, Wet Dream had about four vocal songs. (I actually do like Rick's lyrics. A lot.)
It'd be best, I think, if he avoided On Another Island; get Snowy White in there again, plus whoever else he finds hiding under the furnitire. (Guest stars Weird Al Yankovic and John Linell on accordion and KAOSS pad.)

Probably, because Rick can no longer sing in key.

Live maybe, but in the studio they have ways ( key modulators ) that could make Rosanne Barr sound fantastic...
