"Pink floyd are planning a reunion tour from easter 2008.However it has taken David Gilmour some persuading do reunite with Roger Waters. roger is currently ontour throughout Europe until the end of the year whilst David and his wife are currently writing new material for a new album which is due out sometime next year. Unfortunately for our American Listeners there will only be venues in the UK and western Europe with 15 gigs planned,3 of them planned at Earls court,London(not confirmed).
I have strong contacts from certain departments that the reunion is happenning although it is still under wraps until further notice although by mid year announcements will be made.
Please dont get too hyped up as is reunion will be a one off and will only be a break from David's next solo album.
Performing songs havent been announced yet as there will be a lot of decisions to be made in regards to including post Waters songs however its rumoured that there will be songs from every single Floyd album ever made, post Waters or not.
Please dont get way too excited about this as a lot can happen in this time but the contacts that have leaked this are great friends with Gilmour, the key to bring back the great band one more time."

Where was this posted? Who posted it?
I will only tell you it was posted on another Floyd-related forum. If you wish to search for it, knock yourself out. I don't accept the posting as absolute truth, though I know the author is a European with connections. 'nuff said.

I'd give anything if you would change your avatar. It is most vulgar!
They will never play Spanish Piece. If they were to reform and play a song from every album (not likely), then it is far more likely that they'd choose a song like Cymbaline or (heaven forbid...) Green Is The Colour.
