High-quality video of Syd "stalker" footage?

Just ran across that awful Syd stalker footage on YouTube from '98-or-so. What's worse is they actually gave it keywords like "creepy", "bald", and "old". Not sure if this is a good idea, but....

Where could I get the highest-quality video of this? I hate how whoever did it originally slowed it down and put creepy music over it to make Syd look terrible. I wanted to try rerendering it at normal speed and put some happier music on it to see if it would look better, and if so maybe it would eventually push that bad version out of circulation....

It's absolutely fascinating to watch but i felt terrible wondering how he must have felt if he indeed knew he was being filmed. It's a terrible invasion of his privacy seeing that it may well have caused him confusion to add to the poor guys state of mind whatever his state of mind would have been like after all these years if he was aware that some nosey little voyeur was pointing a camera in his direction.

You can't be sure of that !
At one point, it almost looks like he glances at the camera but doesn't seem to spot it or stare at the source by my judgement but who really knows.

I think it's mind-bogglingly hilarious how a few seconds of a rather unattractive old man walking across a street has become such a coveted and legendary piece of bootleg footage. It's even been lovingly restored, packaged, and artisticly "dramatized".
Syd would likely find it hilarious as well.

Sad indeed... I don't like the choice of the background music, Syd is not an alien! I'm glad the video exists, yet Syd probably wasn't ...

Hmmmm, i think you are either saying that in hope or out of misguided wisdom.
I feel sure more than anything that the whole episode if he was aware of it would have been confusing like i have said. His family have also stated that he never understood why people were so interested in him and bearing in mind his past, i think you can work out that it wouldn't have been something that he'd find amusing.
