Unlike Waters’ theatrical productions like The Wall Live, In the Flesh focused on musicianship and performance, with a visually impressive stage setup that emphasized lighting and sound quality rather than elaborate props. The tour was a financial success, with some venues upgraded due to overwhelming demand, proving Waters’ enduring popularity.
