Links – Stand Up For Heroes | Do get a reminder from our free newsletter so you don’t miss YouTube event Roger Waters is set to join John Mayer and Bruce Springsteen amongst others for a charity concert in New York in aid of Stand Up for Heroes. The event, held at New York’s Beacon Theatre on Thursday 8th November 2012 at 8pm, is to raise money to help soldiers and their families that have been injured by war. The charity has generated over $10m to date. Roger Waters 2013 Tour The Wall Live Also, Roger Waters has stated in interviews this year that he will be performing in 2013 in Europe. At least one reliable source, a primary market ticketing website, has started the promotional activity around the tour. There will seemingly be at least three concerts in Germany and I am sure there will be lots of other concerts around Europe...

The Aussie Floyd, as they are known, are one of the best Pink Floyd cover bands in the world and re-create Pink Floyd’s live sound impeccably as well as the visuals on stage. They put on grand productions comparable to the Pink Floyd themselves and are certainly highly recommended by NPF! Given that the real Pink Floyd are no longer working as a band, producing a new album or touring, it is nice to have something new to get hence the Aussie Floyd’s Live DVD (also available on Blu-ray) is very much welcome.
