Watch Making of “Today” – David Gilmour’s New Song

Many people will be getting excited for the David Gilmour preview concert tomorrow at the Brighton Centre on Kings Road in Brighton England where David will have a pre tour concert – they will be testing out the production on a live audience and ironing out any issues before the show hits the road starting on 12th September in Croatia. Judging by the lovely pictures posted online by lyricist Polly Samson – David’s wife and lyricist on David and Pink Floyd’s albums – the show looks to have the iconic circular screen in the background on to which projections are formed. Looks like fans can expect the usual multimedia experience. New David Gilmour Concert Announced – 21 in Total Now!

Great news announced today is that David Gilmour will perform another concert in 2016 for his solo tour of his forthcoming album Rattle That Lock. This is the 21st official concert date that has been announced on the tour which plays Europe in 2015 and North America in 2016. David Gilmour Concert Tickets David will perform a third night in Chicago USA on 6th April 2016 at Auditorium Theatre, Chicago, Illinois USA. David Gilmour Tickets on Sale for America & Brighton, UK

Two sets of David Gilmour tickets go on sale Monday 27th July 2015 for his North American Tour 2016 and also his warmup concert in Brighton, England. The warmup concert is played at the Brighton Centre in Brighton, England on 5th September 2015 and you can get tickets for that very special concert from 10am. Tickets for the 4 additional concerts in North America go on sale at 10am EDT and are available from the links below. 25th March 2016 – Hollywood Bowl – Los Angeles, 1st April 2016 – Air Canada Center Toronto Ontario, 4th March 2016 – United Centre, Chicago, Illinois 12th April 2016  – Madison Square Gardens, New York. 4 Additional David Gilmour Concerts Announced Today

Fans who have been disappointed about not getting David Gilmour tour tickets for either the 2015 European Tour or 2016 North American Tour need not fret no more – there is another opportunity to purchase tickets after 4 more concert dates were announced today! Last Thursday we reported that 4 dates were announced for David Gilmour Tour 2015 in North America to support his new solo album Rattle That Lock. The exciting news is that four new dates in North America have just been announced! He will now play one additional night at each of the venues announced last week – he will call at Hollywood Bowl on 25th March, Air Canada Center on 1st April, United Center in Chicago on 4th April and finally at Madison Square Garden on 12th April which has just become the final night of the tour for concerts announced thus far! David Gilmour’s New Song to be Played in Full on BBC Radio

David Gilmour’s new song Rattle That Lock from his new album with the same title will be played on BBC Radio 2 in the UK this coming Friday 17th July 2015. The Breakfast Show is broadcast between 6:30am and 9:30am with David’s new album title track being broadcast at 8:10am GMT. It will be hosted by DJ Sara Cox. You can listen live online from answhere in the world via the Radio 2 website. You can also listen on the BBC iPlayer if you are located in the UK.
