David Gilmour’s fifth studio album Luck and Strange has been getting revealed to fans slowly first, with The Piper’s Call lyrics video being revealed and, more recently, with Between Two Points music video being shared. The album was recorded at David’s home studio Medina Studio but also Mark Knopfler’s British Grove. There are a lot of familiar faces on the album including Pink Floyd bass player Guy Pratt however, to keep the album fresh, there are fantastic contributions from Romany Gilmour and producer Charlie Andrew. I believe they have all done a brilliant job so far, from what I have heard. I am rather looking forward to hearing the rest of the album, particularly interested in getting the deluxe edition.
